Veteran hitman Didier Drogba struck in first half stoppage time to hand Chelsea and one nil win over holders Barcelona in their Champions League semi-final first leg at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.
Barcelona dominated the percentage of play throughout the evening and came close to scoring on a few occasions.
But despite wave after wave of attack from the Spaniards a well-organised and defensive Chelsea held strong to take a slender advantage with them to the Camp Nou next week for the decisive second leg.
