Rail crash in southern Germany kills three

At least three people have died in a rail crash in southern Germany.

Some 13 others were injured in the collision between a train and a maintenance crane near the town of Offenbach, 16 kilometres east of Frankfurt.

German media said seven people were in hospital with serious injuries.
