Police in Spain have arrested 22 people, thought to be of Romanian origin, in connection with alleged cases of modern-day slavery.
A 19-year-old girl was rescued in the raid. Officials discovered a barcode and the figure of 2,000 euros tattooed on her neck. She is thought to be one of several young women allegedly forced into prostitution by the gang.
Authorities also confiscated weapons and large sums of cash at a property in Madrid.
