Sixteen people, including 15 policemen, have been injured in an explosion near the headquarters of Turkey’s ruling party in Istanbul.
The device may have been mounted onto a parked motorcycle near the AK party’s building.
It was remote-controlled and used a plastic explosive, according to the city’s police chief and governor.
The area has been cordoned off as a precaution.
It is unclear who carried out the attack.
