At least three people have died and more than 100 others are feared trapped after a factory building collapsed in Pakistan.

The explosion of a gas cylinder is thought to have caused the three-storey structure in Lahore to crumble. Officials said two houses next to it had also been destroyed.

Around 150 people worked in the factory, producing animal vaccines. Women and children are among those caught up in the blast.

As rescue efforts continue, one of those killed is said to be a 10-year-old boy.
