Some people in the financial community called it ‘the big freeze’ —not a reference to the weather, but the outcome of the latest special EU summit.

That is because major questions still have not been answered such as debt relief for Greece or the firepower of the future euro rescue mechanism.

There is also growing frustration over Greece’s inability to implement austerity and reform.
