East Timor president and Nobel Peace Laureate, Jose Ramos-Horta is to seek another five-year term in March elections. About 10 presidential hopefuls have now entered the race. The poll comes as UN peacekeepers, prepare to withdraw from the country where they have been stationed since 1999’s vote for independence from Indonesia.
