French film festival online, take two

If you can’t go to the festival, let the festival come to you. A showcase of new French cinema that is entirely online is back for a second edition following its successful début last year.

myfrenchfilmfestival.com presents 10 feature-length films and 10 shorts which can be watched online and on demand in 14 languages. All the films are made by France’s latest young cinematic talent and viewers worldwide are asked to rate the films and leave comments. Once the scores have been totted up the six winning films will then be shown on all Air France flights.

The films are free to watch if you’re in Germany, Italy, Russia, China or Latin America. If you’re not, you have to pay: 99 euro cents for a short, 1.99 euros for a feature (3.99 in France), with access to all films from 15.99 euros. Anybody taking part in the festival also has a chance to win trips for two in Paris, London or New York.

myfrenchfilmfestival.com runs from January 12 until February 1.
