Visiting Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad joined leaders from Central America in congratulating Nicaragua’s Daniel Ortega as he was sworn in for a third five-year term as president.
Ortega won 64 per cent of the vote in November, though opposition parties allege the poll was rigged.
