A court in Copenhagen has fined a Kurdish-language TV based there 400,000 euros for making propaganda for a terrorist organisation.

The Danes say the propaganda was in support of the outlawed Kurdistan Worker’s Party or PKK.

Roj TV obtained a licence in 2004 and broadcasts via satellite to 68 countries. It will be allowed to stay on the air.
