Turkish air strikes have killed at least 30 Kurdish villagers in the southeast of the country according to local sources.
It reportedly happened in Ortasu near the Iraqi border. Pro-Kurdish media says up to 35 people may have died.
While there is no confirmation of the incident there is speculation the Turkish military may have mistakenly thought the villagers were PKK rebels.
