Efforts underway to contain oil spill off Nigeria coast

Nigeria’s largest oil spill in more than a decade is being contained, according to the company Shell.

Emergency measures have been brought in to try and stop up to 40 thousand barrels of crude oil from washing up along the country’s coast.

The spill happened while a tanker was being loaded.
