Turkey-Azerbaijan pipeline deal will bring gas to Europe

Turkey and Azerbaijan have signed a deal to build a pipeline to transport Azeri gas to Turkey and Europe.

Energy ministers from the two nations signed the deal that will see a consortium of companies from both countries, including state-owned enterprises, work together to complete the project by 2017.
