Panama’s ex-dictator Noriega to be sent home

It is reported that former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega will soon be extradited to his homeland.

He has previously spent 20 years in a US prison for drug racketeering and is currently in a French jail on charges of money laundering.

He will now go back to Panama under accusations of embezzlement, corruption and murder.
