The EU has said it has sent a report to the United States addressing American complaints about illegal subsidies for the European plane maker Airbus.
An EU spokesman said the report outlines the steps it will take to comply with a World Trade Organisation ruling.
The spokesman added that the EU expects an equally solid set of compliance actions from Washington over similar complaints over US funds for Boeing.
