Contador must wait to learn fate

The Court of Arbitration for Sport completed a four-day hearing into Alberto Contador’s doping case on Thursday which could result in the three-times Tour de France Champion being stripped of his 2010 title.

Contador tested positive for clenbuterol last year and was initially cleared by the Spanish federation, only for the International Cycling Union and the World Anti-Doping Agency to appeal the decision.

If found guilty, the Saxo Bank rider could face a two-year ban from cycling and be stripped of his 2010 Tour de France title.
