Cyclist Jeannie Longo has been cleared of any wrongdoing by the French Cycling Federation. The veteran pedlar was accused last September of failing to provide her wherabouts to anti doping authorities on three separate occassions.
The 53-year-old, who is widely considered as the greatest female cyclist was world road and track champion 13 times, the first title coming in 1985.
She first competed in the Olympics in 1984 and took the road race gold in Atlanta in 1996. She has stated her ambitions to compete in London 2012.
