South Ossetia vote enters run-off


Kremlin-backed Anatoly Bibilov faces a run-off the first-ever presidential election in South Ossetia.

Bibilov, the current emergencies minister, is neck and neck with with former education minister Alla Dzhioyeva.

South Ossetia declared its split from Georgia three years ago, although the breakaway is not recognised by the West or Tbilisi.
