Britain’s Lewis Hamilton ended a victory drought stretching back to July by clinching the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Sunday.
The 26 year old was gifted the lead when Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel retired on the opening lap because of a puncture.
Hamilton then kept his composure to hold on to his slim advantage and this result sees him return to the winner’s circle for the first time since July’s German Grand Prix.
Spain’s Fernando Alonso was a close second for Ferrari, with Jenson Button having to settle for third place.
The last Grand Prix of the season will take place in São Paulo on the 27th of November.
