A Russian arms dealer known as the “Merchant of Death” has been convicted of attempting to sell arms to terrorists. Viktor Bout, who is facing life in prison, is alleged to have been the world’s biggest black market arms salesman. Having operated for decades Bout was caught in a sting operation in Thailand by US undercover agents.
