Russian investigators have blamed pilot error for a plane crash that killed 44 people, including the Lokomotiv Yaroslavl professional ice hockey team.
They say the pilot inadvertently applied the breaks during take-off then tried to lift the aircraft too sharply. The disaster happened near Yaroslavl on September 7.
