Muammar Gaddafi’s son Saif al-Islam is reportedly ready to turn himself in. According to Libya’s National Transitional Council he and former intelligence chief Abdullah al-Senussi want to hand themselves in to the International Criminal Court at the Hague.
The pair are wanted on charges of crimes against humanity over Libya’s violent crackdown on protestors in February.
Saif al-Islam was last seen in public back in August shortly after anti-Gaddafi forces entered Tripoli and
is now thought to be somewhere near Libya’s southern border with Niger.
