The Rugby Union World Cup semi-final started with the traditional Haka dance from New Zealand at Auckland’s Eden Park. Within six minutes after an awesome start the All Blacks had crossed the line for a try.

Australia struggled under the onslaught and talisman Wade Cooper failed to ignite a strong Aussie response.

Coach Graham Henry said after his side’s 20-6 victory, “It’s a good feeling, but the job isn’t done. We need to build towards next week and do the same again, hopefully.”

Their clash with France in the final is a repeat of the first World Cup in 1987.
