France are into the Rugby World Cup final after the narrowest of victories over Wales in Auckland.

The French scraped through 9-8 despite being dominated by a Welsh side who played most of the match one man down. Captain Sam Warburton was sent off early in the first half for a dangerous tackle.

In next weekend’s final, France will play either Australia or New Zealand who play their semi-final on Sunday.
