Manchester City’s Carlos Tevez will face disciplinary proceedings for his behaviour during the sides Champions League defeat by Bayern Munich last month.
The Premier League club believe the Argentine was in breach of his contract when he allegedly refused to come on as a substitute when asked by coach Roberto Mancini.
Tevez, who denies the allegation saying their was a miscommunication on the bench, was suspended last month during the investigation.
The disciplinary hearing is to be convened in the coming weeks.
