World famous photojournalist dies

Göksin Sipahioglu, a giant of photojournalism has died aged 84.

He working life was made up of many international scoops. In 1961,he was the only Western reporter in Havana who was not under arrest or police surveillance during the period of the Cuban Missile Crisis.

The Turk established the Sipa photo press agency which became a global success.
