Fashion house Dior is remaining tight-lipped about the search to replace chief designer John Galliano.

Critics have dismissed Dior’s second show since it fired the British designer, saying the styles were repetitive.

Dior has now been without a successor for six months after Galliano was caught on a video making anti-Semitic remarks in a Paris bar.

One top fashion magazine quoted Chief Executive Sidney Toledano as saying a replacement was “week’s away”.
