A political row is emerging over replacing Mario Draghi as head of the Bank of Italy.

Draghi moves to the top job at the European Central Bank in just over one month’s time, and it seems Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and Finance Minister Giulio Tremonti are fighting over who succeeds him.
