Tension ahead of Kosovo talks

There is continuing tension between NATO peacekeepers and ethnic Serbs at Kosovo’s borders ahead of talks due to start in Brussels on Tuesday.

NATO troops have been using bulldozers to dismantle barriers at disputed border crossings.

Most Serbs in Kosovo do not recognise Kosovan independence.
