UEFA president Michel Platini announced on Monday that Ukraine was nearly ready to co-host Euro 2012.
The 56 year old, who was on the second of a two—day tour of all four Ukrainian cities scheduled to hold Euro 2012 matches, added he now felt confident ahead of the event despite preparations having recently fallen behind schedule.
Reigning champions Spain, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands have all booked their places and the rest of the qualifiers will be known by November.
The tournament kicks off on the 8th of June.
