Austrian police details leaked online

Computer hackers in Austria have published the names and addresses and birthdays of nearly 25, 000 police officers on the internet.

The authorities say the data was leaked by the Austrian branch of the global collective “Anonymous”.

A police union official said the officers could become targets for revenge by criminals.
