Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel produced a stunning performance to outclass his rivals and clinch the Singapore Grand Prix on Sunday.

The 24 year old, who had never triumphed at the Marina Bay street circuit, led from start to finish to edge out Britain’s Jenson Button and team-mate Mark Webber.

This result sees Vettel move 124 points clear in the overall standings with just 125 available. Button and Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso are currently lying in second and third place respectively.

The next Grand Prix will take place in Japan on the 8th of October.
