For Australia the 67 – 5 win over the United States proved expensive, as the team left the match with injuries to some of its key players, two of them serious.
Rob Horne fractured a cheekbone and Pat McCabe dislocated his shoulder during the mate.
They were joined by Anthony Faingaa who was knocked out during the match, Wycliff Palu and Kurtley Beale both who are both suffering problems with hamstring injuries and Adam Ashley-Cooper who the star winger, who scored a hat-trick in seven minutes against the United States is recieving treatment for an ankle injury.
Australian head coach Robbie Deans has said he will wait 48 hours before deciding if he needs to bring in replacements.
