Iran frees US hiker 'spies'

Iranian authorities have released two American men, whom Tehran had jailed for two years on charges of spying.

Josh Fattal and Shane Bauer were arrested with a third American, Sarah Shourd, close to the Iran-Iraq border during what they say was a hiking holiday.

Shourd was released a year ago.

All three had a 500,000 dollar bail paid by Oman, Reuters reported.
