A pro-Russia party has won the most votes in Latvia’s snap general election.
The Harmony Centre, an ethnic Russian party, won 31 per cent of ballots cast but fell short of an absolute majority.
It is the strongest showing for an ethnic Russian party since Latvia declared its independence from the Soviet Union two decades ago.
