A US federal report has placed most of the blame for the worst offshore oil leak in the country’s history on the British company BP.
The blowout at the Deepwater Horizon rig in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010 killed eleven people and led to an environmental catastrophe.
Contractors working for BP were also criticised in the report.
