6 dead in blast at Italian fireworks factory

Police in Italy said on Monday an explosion at a fireworks factory killed six people.

The blast, near Arpino about 115 kilometres southeast of Rome, left the factory owner and his two sons dead, along with two workers and a customer.

The factory was completely destroyed in the blaze that took hold following the explosion.
