Police in Berlin have reportedly arrested two men accused of planning a bombing.
Officials say the pair had procured extensive amounts of chemical substances which could be used to make explosives.
An Islamic cultural centre in the Wedding district is also being searched.
One of the men is described as a 24-year-old German citizen of Lebanese descent, while the other, who is 28, is from Gaza.
