Grozny hit by deadly suicide bomb

Police in Chechnya say at least eight people have been killed in a suicide attack in the capital Grozny.

Seven of the victims were police officers. Another 16 people were wounded.

The blast was followed by a second explosion after a patrol stopped a man and tried to detain him near a local parliament building. Witnesses say they also heard gunfire after the explosion.
