Strauss-Kahn returns to Washington

Former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn has arrived home in Washington for the first time since his arrest in May on sexual assault charges.

The authorities in New York have given back the Frenchman’s passport, following a court’s decision to drop all criminal charges against him.

Strauss-Kahn has vowed to say more about the case when he returns to France.
