Fresh wave of migrants arrive at Lampedusa

Around 2,000 migrants from north Africa have landed on the southern Italian island of Lampedusa this weekend. Since the start of the year, more than 11,000 people fleeing conflicts and fighting in north Africa have arrived in southern Italy.
