Juno sets off for Jupiter

A robotic probe named June has launched from Cape Canaveral in Florida on a five-year mission to Jupiter.

NASA hopes it will be able to learn more about the giant planet and how the Earth’s solar system was formed.

The probe will spend a year circling inside Jupiter’s deadly radiation belts.
