Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has appeared on television for the first time with his head closely shaved. The leader is currently under going chemotherapy for cancer which has caused his hair loss. Putting on a brave face, Chavez joked saying he was returning to the days of his childhood when as a toddler he had little hair.
