The bodies of 25 people have been found on a migrant boat that landed on the Italian island of Lampedusa.
Others on board have reportedly said the dead, all adult men, were packed inside the hold and killed by motor fumes.
The vessel, which was carrying nearly 300 migrants mainly from sub-Saharan Africa, left Libya three days ago according to officials.
