It is now known that 80 people on board a Moroccan military transporter died when it crashed into a mountain.
The aircraft came down in bad weather in what is thought to be the country’s worst disaster in years.
The C-130 Hercules aircraft was reportedly trying to land in a mountainous area just outside the disputed Western Sahara territory.
