Sinking boat kills 197 refugees near Sudan

197 refugees have been killed after their boat sunk off the coast of Sudan. It is believed the vessel was on its way to Saudi Arabia when a fire broke out on board. Only three people survived.

The victims are from countries around Sudan, including war-torn Somalia, but it is unknown from where the boat set sail.
