Deadly explosions hit public building in Iraq

At least 30 people are reported dead after two explosions at a local government building in the Iraqi town of Taji.

A further 50 people are said to have been wounded.

Authorities say a car bomb and another explosive device detonated in a crowded parking lot of the building.

They say the area was busy with police, workers and people queueing to process official papers.
