French President Nicolas Sarkozy, on a meet-the-people visit in the south-west of France, has been manhandled by a member of the public. The attacker, a 32-year-old employee of a local government music school, was wrestled to the ground by security guards and detained by police. Sarkozy says he will take no action against the man.
