Doubts linger over health of Hugo Chavez

Venezuela has cancelled a regional summit scheduled for next week amid concerns for the health of President Hugo Chavez.

The announcement came after state TV broadcast images of Chavez meeting former Cuban leader Fidel Castro in Havana.

Chavez is recovering in Cuba after an operation to remove a pelvic abscess.
