Venezuelan army storms El Rodeo

Thousands of Venezuelan troops have ended a prison revolt, retaking control of El Rodeo in Caracas.

Gunbattles between gangs last Sunday had already claimed at least 22 lives. The assault left one soldier dead and 20 national guardsmen injured, while 11 inmates died and 26 were wounded.
